Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
The service
Pronounceable Domain Search ("the Service") help you find short, pronounceable, and brandable domain names that are checked for availability when displayed. The Service does not register domains and is not a domain registrar.
Acceptance
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Free preview and credits
- Credits are sold in packs. The number of credits and the price are shown at checkout.
- Credits are charged only for domains shown. Credits reserved for a search and not used are returned to your balance.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money except as set out in the Refund Policy.
Availability is not a guarantee
- Availability is checked through public RDAP servers when the search is performed. A domain can be registered by someone else right after the check.
- A displayed domain may be unavailable when you try to register it. Registration happens at a registrar of your choice and is outside the Service.
- The Service makes no statement about trademarks, brand fit, price at the registrar, or premium status of any name.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- automate scraping or bulk harvesting;
- use the Service in a way that places excessive load on it;
- bypass the preview limit;
- tamper with credits; or
- interfere with payments.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller of the Service. Paddle handles payment, taxes, invoicing and payment-related support. Paddle's own terms apply to the transaction.
Intellectual property
The Service, its design and its code belong to the operator. Domain names displayed are strings made of letters and are not owned by the Service. You are responsible for checking that a name does not infringe the rights of others before you use it.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes
These Terms can be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new version.
